- Gather your username, the date and amount of the transaction, the bet slip or transaction ID, and screenshots.
- Contact the sportsbook's own customer support through live chat or email, and keep a written record of the reply.
- Re-read the bonus terms for rollover requirements, maximum bet limits, excluded markets and payout caps. Many disputes come from these terms.
- Check the identity verification (KYC) steps. Withdrawals are often held until your ID and address are confirmed.
- If it stays unresolved, escalate in writing to the operator and note its licensing details for any regulator complaint.
